Yoga has been, and continues to be, a vital tool in elly’s own healing journey. While navigating a challenging time in their life, elly turned to yoga as a way to connect with their body and found it supported their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Feeling drawn to learn more about this ancient practice and share yoga with others, elly undertook their yoga teacher training in 2019 before focusing on trauma sensitive yoga the following year.
